Applying for Tenancy at The Residences on 6th

Currently our housing facility, The Residences on 6th is at full capacity, but we encourage you to complete your application and ensure you stay active on our waitlist so when a suitable suite becomes available, our Property Manager can contact you.

Housing Application Process

The Peachland Seniors' Support Society waitlist is transitioning to "The Housing Registry."

To remain on the waitlist for a suite with the

Peachland Seniors' Support Society, please complete

one of the following options:

1. Online Application:

o Visit: https://www.bchousing.org/housing-assistance/rental-housing/how-to-apply

2. Paper Application:

o Request a paper copy at: 4445 6th Street, Peachland, BC, V0H 1X6,
or print a copy on line at.

Once your paper copy is completed, you can:

o Deliver in person to: 101-4555 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC

o Mail to: The Housing Registry, BC Housing, 101-4555 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC V5H 4V8

o Fax to: 604-439-4729

If you currently have an application with "The Housing Registry",

please call: 1-800-257-7756 to add

"The Residences on 6th" to your application (Building Code: DUO).

Please note that as of July 1st, 2025, the Peachland Seniors' Support Society will be only using "The Housing Registry" for new tenancies.

Some seniors aged 60 years or older may qualify for S.A.F.E.R.
